   Brett A. Sowder, Associate Broker

Brett is an Associate Broker with ERA OakCrest Realty, Inc. and currently holds the position of Director of Training for the company as well. To better serve his clients, Brett holds brokerage licenses in both Virginia and West Virginia  He has been honored as a Hall of Fame winner for the Blue Ridge Association of Realtors.  Additionally, Brett is an Accredited Buyer's Representative and Client Satisfaction Service Award Winner. His experience spans residential resale, new construction, land, developmental ground and real estate investment.  Brett is excited to put his 17 years of real estate experience to work for you.

In his spare time Brett enjoys cooking, outdoor activities and coaching little league baseball and football.

Tina is a REALTOR® and attended  Penn State University with majors in Psychology and Business. Tina is licensed in both Virginia and West Virginia to better serve her clients. Technology oriented, she is constantly striving to maintain the most up to date real estate education and is currently working on her national certification as a graduate of the realtor institute with the National Association of Realtors. Tina's areas of expertise include but are not limited to residential resale, new construction and land. With eight years in the nursing field Tina is no stranger to working with the public. She is ready to put her caring and understanding to work for you.

Tina enjoys devoting any of her free time to exercise as well as working with children and animals. Having been with her husband Michael for six years, they are pleased to have made the Winchester area their home.

Donna is a REALTOR® and was the Chief Deputy Clerk of the Clarke County Circuit Court for 13 years prior to joining the team 5 years ago. Exposure to real estate transactions and serving the public, coupled with her dedication to helping Brett build his successful real estate career compliments the team's concept of experience and team work. Licensed in Virginia and West Virginia, Donna is excited to help you.

Donna is a native to Clarke County, where she makes her home with her husband Brett and son Jarrett. She devotes much of her time to the Clarke County School System, Clarke County Little League, and The Johnson-Williams Middle School Athletic Booster Club.
